Licensed Physician or Primary Care Provider: It is your responsibility to maintain a relationship with a licensed physician or primary care provider for appropriate evaluations, medical diagnoses, and check-ups. Our services are complementary to conventional medical care and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Privacy and Case Consultation: In order to provide the best possible care, we may seek consultation with other professional homeopaths. However, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We will protect your personal information by withholding your name and any other identifying details when discussing case notes.

4. Voluntary Participation and Informed Consent: By agreeing to our terms of service, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and have voluntarily chosen homeopathic care for yourself or your child. You acknowledge that the outcome and duration of homeopathic care vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Choice of Homeopathic Medicines: You have the choice to obtain the homeopathic medicines recommended from the pharmacy or distributor of your preference. Our preferred partner is OHM Pharmacy who we have personally vetted for their quality and commitment to quality medicines and care. Our homeopaths provide educational guidance, and as such, we waive all legal rights that may arise from the homeopathic care. We hold no responsibility for any claims, present or future, known or unknown, arising from the use of homeopathic medicines.

6. Private Membership Association: Z. Bea’s Homeopathic operates as a Non-Statutory Private Membership Association under the Association of The Rrapi Homestead within the Private Domain. All actions and transactions conducted through this page are private and occur between Z. Bea’s Homeopathic and its implied members. Please note that a purchase of our services signifies an agreement of membership.

7. Applicable Law and Venue: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any action concerning the interpretation or enforcement of this agreement shall be proper in the county where the Homeopath resides.

8. Mutual Intent and Severability: The terms and provisions of this agreement represent the mutual intent of both parties. If any provision in this agreement is deemed invalid, it shall be considered deleted and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

9. Not a Medical Doctor: Please note that the Homeopath you will be scheduled with is not a medical doctor and does not provide medical diagnoses. All recommendations provided are for wellness and overall health-building purposes.
